Hi-Wire Ltd is pleased to announce we have upgraded our web site. This will give users an enhanced experience and will also work with the various formats ....e.g mobile devices and tablets.
We have also started to add copper products and will expand on this in the future.
Essex Hi-wire Ltd invest in new lapping equipment
Hi-Wire Ltd are pleased to announce that investment has been confirmed in new high speed lapping equipment and also glass & Kapton covering machinery to offer high end be-spoke products to the market.
This continues our stratergy of continuously pushing the range which has already seen Aluminium production start up at the begining of the year, with hollow conductors already now part of the portfollio of products being produced.
Unlike large scale manufacturers we are able to support our customers with service times which can be as little as a matter of hours to despatch if so required,and this distribution mentality running alongside a modern manufacturing facility has given rise to the continued success which has resulted in this new investment.
Essex Hi-wire Ltd invest in new lapping plant
Hi-Wire Ltd can announce that as of 2nd January 2012 it became the sole entity of Essex Europe in the UK, merging both its existing operations and the remaining elements of the Huyton plant in Liverpool all under the Hi-Wire brand.
The plant will now undergo dramatic changes, and see significant investment to improve on its already established flat wire lapping business over the next few months.
Following the expertise of the Esssex group and the extensive product range they produce, we have invested in new Conform and lapping equipment to give efficiencies in production which will optimise delivery times and improve product quality still further.
This means as well as standard products like Nomex /Paper /Mica/ Polyester we are also now able to offer Daglas, Glass and Kapton, and a range of other more specialist items. In addition to this we are also producing Nomex or Paper covered round and rectangular section Aluminium.

Mike has many years experience in the electro mechanical industry, and brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge,in the field of electrical insulations and varnishes.
Mike had previously worked for AEV (Advanced Electrical Varnishes), whose products are now sold and distributed through Essex Hi-wire ltd,

Hi-Wire Ltd is pleased to announce the arrival of our new web site. Over the coming months it will be developed further with the intention to allow customers quick and easy access to our product cataloge with the option to buy online.
On an ongoing basis the web site will hold a central library of all the key manufacturers products and data sheet information for easy acess and reference.
We also will be using the online shopping tool to offer specific deals and special offers to run for fixed periods on individual lines.
